PRODUCTS

Our products are handmade, eco-friendly women’s clothing with a Y2K touch. Each item is unique or produced in limited small batches.

ORDERS

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders.

For custom-made or made-to-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping.

PRICES

Prices are listed in EUROS, including all taxes. Shipping costs are additional.

PAYMENT

Payment is made online via credit card or other secure methods.

For custom-made items, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due upon shipment.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped according to the following timelines:

• France: 2–5 business days via Colissimo

• Europe: 3–7 business days, depending on the country

• DOM-TOM (French overseas territories): 5–10 business days

• Mondial Relay: 3–6 business days (France only)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

In accordance with our policy, you have 14 days to return an item, provided it is in its original condition.
