Are the items in stock? No. All pieces are made to order to avoid overproduction and ensure uniqueness.

What is the production time? Each piece requires 10 to 14 business days to be handmade before shipping.

How long does shipping take? Once your order has been shipped: France: 2–3 business days - Europe: 3–6 business days - DOM-TOM: 5–10 business days

Is the production time included in the shipping time? No. Production time is separate and added to the shipping time.

Do items fit true to size? Each product includes its own sizing details. Please review measurements carefully before ordering.

Do you offer custom sizing? Yes. We offer custom sizing and made-to-measure adjustments for an additional €40. This service ensures a precise and personalized fit.

How does payment work for custom pieces? For custom-made items, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is due when your piece is shipped.

Do custom items qualify for returns or exchanges? No. Custom-made or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to France, Europe, and DOM-TOM.

Will I have to pay customs fees? For DOM-TOM orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
