At ICY ANGEL FASHION, we do our best to offer you unique, handcrafted pieces made with the utmost care.
If an item doesn’t suit you, you benefit from a legal period to change your mind.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-1 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

As each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns for refunds, except in the case of a proven defect.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing, and details before placing your order.

Exchanges: 

Exchanges may be accepted under certain conditions (such as sizing issues or problems upon delivery). Any request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be:

- unworn 

- unwashed 

- in perfect condition 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective items: 

If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will offer an appropriate solution (exchange or repair).

Exceptions: 

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
